BAYVILLE, NJ – Internationally acclaimed artist, musician, author Shannon (MacDonald), officially designated “The World’s Greatest Beatles Artist” by the Lord Mayor of Liverpool, is returning to her hometown of Bayville for a major homecoming event. On Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, Shannon will host a launch for her (and Bill Heckle's) new collector's book, Hard Day's Night Hotel (The Inside Story), and provide information about her upcoming film at The Vinyl Dinosaur.

Shannon, known for her photorealistic style and trademark hat, spent 15 years as the resident artist for Liverpool’s foremost Beatles hotel in the world. Her new 224-page book, features over 110 paintings of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr that define the Beatles/Liverpool landmark.

Information will be available about the up and coming film: "SHANNON: GODDESS OF ROCK ART" produced by Liverpool West Productions, the film chronicles Shannon’s extraordinary journey from Bayville to the heart of Beatlemania in Liverpool, showcasing her life as an artist, musician, and cultural icon.
